Good evening Steemians, how goes the day? We have some exciting news to share with you all regarding the next phase in the ACOM DVD investment journey. This is just a preliminary announcement to offer the community an insight into what we are planning for Phase 2. We hope you will like the concept.

However, this post also serves as a consultation. We want all ACOM DVD investors to read over our proposed concept for Phase 2 and provide us with your own views and opinions. It's very important to us that we get your feedback so we can create the right plan and build a business model that generates optimal profits for both you and us. So take a look over the plans and let us know what you think. We are open to any reasonable suggestion that could improve the concept.

You must bare in mind that these are just the initial proposals and we have not agreed the exact specifics or details at this time. This post is to provide you with a rough outline as to what we are building and to offer you guys the opportunity of having your say and providing us with your feedback.

It is also very important that you understand that the figures used in this post are to be considered examples only. They are not the actual figures we intend to use because we still haven't finalised them. We are using these figures for example purposes only. But it will give you an idea of where we are going.

Phase 2 Proposed Plan

New Token Creation

For Phase 2 we will be creating a new token, as yet unnamed. The purpose of this token will be to link it to our stake, not the TRX as that is linked to ACOM DVD. We have listened to what our investors have told us over the past seven months since the launch of ACOM DVD and it is clear that you guys want votes more than anything, and we understand that. So with this in mind we will create the new token and we will link this token to the entire stake which powers the ACOM Steemit account, currently around 135,000 SP. The cost of the new token will be 2 Steem a piece.

Stack Thresholds Guaranteeing Weekly Votes

So that you guys know where you stand we will be building in token thresholds, once you hit a certain threshold you will know exactly how many guaranteed votes you can expect from us on a weekly basis. This will be better for you guys so you can plan your Steemit blog approach based on a concrete guarantee of how many votes from us you are entitled to.

Stack Thresholds and ACUV Packs

To help you build your stacks and hit those all important vote thresholds we will integrate an ACUV Pack threshold also. This means you will receive a pack of ACUV tokens in one bundle when you hit the relevant token threshold. For those of you that don't know 1 ACUV = 1 full upvote from us.

So as an example your new journey with us could look like this:

Investor
200 new tokens - pack of 10 ACUV
400 new tokens - 1 vote per week guaranteed + pack of 10 ACUV
600 new tokens - pack of 10 ACUV
800 new tokens - 2 votes per week guaranteed + pack of 10 ACUV

Remember the figures we have used are just for example purposes only. But we hope it gives you the crux of the concept of the new token and how we intend to link this to our stake. Once you hit the relevant vote threshold for guaranteed weekly votes they will be sent to you using ACUV, so you get to choose which post you want us to vote on.

New Monthly Steem Dividend Payments Starting At 400 Steem

As another reward we have decided to pay a monthly Steem dividend to all investors, proportionate to their holding. This will be paid once a month. The amount will start at 400 Steem for the first few months. It will then increase by 100 Steem to 500 Steem to take into account the amount of tokens sold. This dividend amount will keep increasing by increments of 100 Steem every few months to offset more token sales and the fact the Steem dividend has to stretch further.

Airdrop Of New Token For All ACOM DVD Holders

We have decided to offer an airdrop to our loyal ACOM DVD investors. We think this is right and fair given their investment in us. So with that in mind we will be issuing an airdrop of new tokens. The amount you will get will be based on the amount of ACOM DVD you have stacked. Obviously the more ACOM DVD you have the more new tokens you will receive in the airdop. This will give you guys a good start in building your stacks of the new token to help you get to those all important guaranteed vote thresholds sooner.

More Organic Support For Token Holders

As many of you guys already know we have provided a ton of organic support by way of additional free upvotes for ACOM DVD token hodlers. We intend to continue to do this with our new token of course but you must remember that any organic support is above and beyond, an additional freebie. You have no entitlement to any organic support. Some weeks you might receive four votes from us the next week you might get nothing, that's just the way it goes. There is a massive demand on the VP for the ACOM Steemit account. Obviously it is good business practice to reward those who regularly buy tokens from us than those that don't, this approach will continue with the new token.

However, the good news is that there will be a lot more VP available for organic support. Some of you might have noticed that we leave a standardised comment on posts whenever we hit it with an upvote. We do this to let you know the value of the upvote and to promote ACOM of course. We also vote on the comment to generate more SBD, this is how we have been paying certain members of the ACOM Team. This will stop in Phase 2 and all wages for ACOM Team members will come from token sales only. That means we have a massive increase in the VP available for organic support of investors.

Token Supply

We intend to mint one million new tokens but we will have a burn event at some stage when we know exactly how we intend to proceed. At this stage it is anticipated no more than 500,000 tokens will be circulated, with an initial release of 100,000 tokens. Whereas ACOM DVD is an exclusive investment club with a very small amount of tokens in its economy, the new token will exist in a much more dynamic marketplace subject to more natural market forces.
