And as an author, you earned 345.109000 SBD, 0.000000 STEEM, and 1721038.205700 VESTS (approximately 865.214095 Steem Power) in June.

Finally, abh12345 upvoted you 0 times in June 2019! (What a meanie)

Short summary

One more post than last month and 81 additional comments, although text output for comments overall was down.

Previously, an Engagement League post would receive the most resteems and so it's nice to see a 'one-off' post being shared the most last month.

New this month is an 'interaction count' showing who you have commented to the most, and who has returned the favour to you the most. Hello again @meesterboom :)

Fewer downvotes in June than previously, and three of the five going to one account who seems to gone rogue recently. I suspect this total will rise following the EIP - for everyone I hope.

MonthAuthor VAuthor SBDAuthor SPCur VCur SP

May1936387349972278445139
June1721038345865222120112

In May I called OCDB to the majority of my posts but slacked off a little on that in June - at least as far as the amount sent to the service, and this as always is skewing rewards received.

It will be interesting to see how July stands up as it is likely that there will be around 3 weeks of numbers to collate following the go-live of HF21. The hope is that curation rewards will increase, but this is not a given seeing as the reverse auction window will be reduced to just one minute (from 15 minutes) and thus making vote timings somewhat of a lottery - I think.

As you can see from the below my CR is on a downtrend at present. Pants.

Your numbers brought tears to my eyes, too!

Ha, look at all them comments to and fro!! :0)

And I'm sure they were all well thought out, educational, and inspirational ones too! :D

Absolutely, not a single mention of fannies or baws :OD

The one minute reverse auction window will make curation rewards a lottery indeed. Things like network delay alone can waste seconds or more causing the order of votes to be somewhat random. The block processing time is approximately three seconds, which means that there will be about 20 time slots in which to upvote. I wonder if the system uses time information any more precise than that.

Propably the most profitable way to do curation in the future will be to have a bot upvote everything from one's favourite authors immediately or almost immediately and later manually correct those upvotes that went to content that did not prove to be too popular or those one deemed not worthy of an upvote at least the size given (the altruistically motivated case).

Agree with your statements and as for:

I wonder if the system uses time information any more precise than that.

I suspect not, unless you script something yourself on a node? If that is the case, 45/50 seconds would be a nice spot to land.

The hope is that it will be more profitable to find posts that will snowball, whether that happens or not remains to be seen.

Would be interesting to know...

Alright then :)

that’s almost as many personalities as I’ve got 👀

And a small book !?! What am I doing with my life 🤦🏽‍♂️

Some voting of a serial self voter was offset by my flagsturbation as well as a few quality self-comments from the peanut gallery in my mind.

That’s a decent album or book name title right there, i right like it, I do too, confirmed to the 3rd ! The voices have spoken.

That reminds me I saw a good post of mine earlier that I need to go troll that imbecile’s account maybe even tell him to flag off !

And thanks to you, @abh12345for such a generous and cool offering! A report about my Steem stuffs for June and a CR chart for this year would be wicked awesomesauceness!

Oh, and - !tip

Sorry, the tip is higher than your deposit.
You can check your deposit by sending 0.001 SBD to @tipu with memo: status
(the minimal tip is 0.1 SBD/STEEM)

Hey @tipu / @cardboard - is there a glitch in the matrix? I just deposited 0.5 Steem a short time ago, and it says my total deposit at the moment is "1.3 SBD and 1.967 STEEM". Would greatly appreciate you checking it out. 😊

Of course, since it's a day ending in "y" Monday, it could've been some goof on my part... 😂

Maybe you had some deposit before? Will check it out :)

Coolness, thanks! 🤗

I'm hoping it was just a case of TipU having the Monday Blues, so I'm going to give it another go... cross your fingers... LOL!

You're very welcome, and thank you so much in return! Even after almost two years, I still really don't get the formula for "effective curation." The only thing that sticks in my brain is to wait until 15 minutes before upvoting a post. Beyond that, it turns into...

But since I curate for interest, and not investment, it really makes no nevermind to me. However, I'm happy to see I'm doing something right and I appreciate you highlighting it!

And no worries about not visiting me, since this is my first to you in... umm... 😉 😂

Hopefully TipU will be along soon to figure out what happened. You know that feeling when you're at the register and your card gets declined... yep, that's me right now, even though I know there's still some loose change in my account... LOL!

Thanks again, @abh12345!

Pants me! Well, if you have the time and inclination... Please!

Sure!

Thank you! Interesting reading... Sigh, those trail votes still kick in as votes to self...

It is good to see you have been busy.

I love seeing people filling up the blockchain with lots of good stuff.

Thanks @taskmaster4450, I do try to provide something of interest most days :)

Cool @abh12345!! bleh, slam mine against the wall to see what sticks.

It never gets boring, trying to enthuse & amuse the audience with my extremely low performance and poor results.

Cheers!! };)

Aww :)

Yeah my comment chars are more that double the text in the posts.

Yeah! but you are the actual engagement King & Queen altogether of these leagues to justify that chars discrepancy my friend. Hahahaha

Now, just imagine the horrific discrepancy of chars that I would have if I obtained the same amount of active commentators that you have currently in your posts.

I do like this face!

Great mate!! Then, click here to cheer you up with more similar 'faces' through my own version of the "Curation & Engagement Leagues" post. :)

Thanks so much! Wow you upvoted me so many times... How long did it take to generate such a detailed report for you?

That's a reasonable amount I guess :)

Overall, the report has taken perhaps 4/5 hours to prepare. The other day I added a couple of new pieces of information which took about an hour.

For each user, the script takes about 2 minutes to run, and so unless I add more information (which I most likely will in the future), it's just a matter of waiting for the execution.

Thanks so much for the work you do! Do you run a witness? I would gladly cast my vote for you.

My pleasure, I do enjoy providing information like this :)

Sadly, we took our witness offline last month and for the foreseeable future it is not likely to return.

@steemcommunity is the account, and we encourage Minnows to power up and reward them each week with STEEM and SM cards. @paulag does the same thing for Red Fish, and she was the other half of the witness.

Thank you, that's a really nice thing to say!

You are welcome! Maybe after MIRA upgrade it would be cheaper to run a witness now?

Yes I think so, although the cost was only a part of the reasoning behind the decision to stop witnessing.

We both felt a lot of pressure from doing so with regards to the technicalities. If witnesses were only Steem cheerleaders providing engaging content.... :D

Very much interested, thank you. Yes July and Aug will be telling months I think.

Yes I think so, very tough what impact the one minute reverse auction will have on CR, and that's only part of the changes.

Thank you, added to my book marks, I am somewhat happy to see my vote weight still up above the 50% mark, but I will be very happy when it drops below 40% because that would mean my vote at 100% is more than four cents. Thank you for all the support, it certainly helps the vest and reputation grow.

Can I have mine, please?

Yes of course :D

@cardboard, I still can't tip, even though I have plenty deposited. Do I need to bribe your bot with chocolate or something? 😉 😂

Try !tip steem if you have steem deposit :) Still trying to figure out the logic if steem or sbd should be send when tipping. Fort now the user has to specify it :)

Do you run your code against your own node?
Have you published the code anywhere?

I would like to learn how to do this type of coding myself, I have a little bit of MYSQL experience and am learning Python. I have been wondering if all the interesting data query type things people are doing is directly against a node or if they have there own copy of the blockchain (node etc).

I am My Technology Trail #0074 on Discord if you would prefer to take this off this post. I do not spend alot of time online but do check in regularly.

seems interesting can you make me one too please :)
