Challenge: Drawing a Pretty Face With a Cheap Pen
Happy New Year my Steemian friends!
I wanted to start 2019 with a challenge: Drawing a pretty face with a cheap and common ballpoint pen!
To tell you the truth, it was quite a challenge, it was hard, but I enjoyed the process very much and I hope you will like the result.
All my best wishes for this year for you.
Best,
Leonardo

I've been a fan of your tutorials since your ball-point forest and now you do a face, man your tutorials and explanations are amazing, if I had an art professor like you growing up I would be an artist, I guarantee it, your shadow game is on point... no pun intended lol

Wow, thank you so much for your support Franz, and I really appreciate your kind words. I´m glad to know you like the tutorials. And... it is never too late to improve your drawings! ;)
Let me know if you need anything from me.
it looks so easy to draw if you watch at your the video but that is because of your genuine talent, it is like you are giving birth to your imagines, the details, the light and shadows all is perfect the only miss to be able to talk! thanks we enjoyed so much
Thank you for your comment and I´m glad you enjoyed it! :)
Oh wow.. you created such an exquisite drawing in full pen! Cheap pen or not, for you to draw without any need to erase is amazing! Thank you for sharing your tips with us, I like your tutorial! She is so pretty!! You amaze me! Happy New year @artistleonardo!
That was really fun to watch you create that lovely art work! Nicely done!
She looks really pretty and elegant. I love the details that you have put on her eyes and her hair. They look so natural!
Why, it doesn't look like a challenge at all. It looks like you're just drawing from what's flowing from your mind. Your imagination and movement to draw look so natural as always as I have also witnessed your previous tutorials. Very good!
I feel insulted by the term "cheap ballpoint pen". You made amazing art with it come on! Lol. I use "cheap ballpoint pens" all the time and they still look as amazing as what you did. Not everybody uses Parker pens to make pen art. Pen art is done using ordinary or "cheap" pens as you call it. Why say it is cheap like it doesn't deserve to be used to make art just because it is not expensive? Oh the pain.
