I think this might be a bot account looking at all his comments. Most of his posts are either resteem or stuff flagged by Cheetah.
There are a lot of accounts that just copy and paste as well. This one seems more like a copy and paste account to me. Everyone report these spammers to @steemcleaners. If you're lucky, they'll even pay you a reward for doing so.
Ok will report, not even worried about reward. It will just be better with less of them hanging around.
Please stop commenting like this. You are heading the wrong direction. Your reputation is already down to a 12 and soon it will probably be negative because people are flagging you for SPAM. Even this post clearly states that this is an elimination contest post and people who are not playing are not to comment on it.
Yet.... here you are commenting on it with your self-promotion. Please, this is not how communities are built.
