Okay nice , thanks , I got that and upvoted , the upvote power I tried to adjust , like lowerig down it to my desired level from the one displayed there , it showed an error , Does it suggest that I should just click on upvote rather than adjustments ?

If you get a error its most likely because you are trying to upvote posts too fast, Wait for one to say successfully upvoted then go onto the next. There are no limits to how many upvotes you can do unless you run out of steem power for the day. And the upvotes yo get in return are real from other users so there is nothing suspicious. Its just like a upvote group but this way we know its fair because of the points system :D
I agree what my point is can we decrease our voting power there , is that possible I tried that but it didn't work. Like want to have the voting power as 10 % rather than 100 % , possible is it ?
The error is most likely because you are trying to upvote multiple posts at the same time. Wait at least 3-5 seconds before each upvote . It should say "Done! Upvoted!" Then you can move on to the next post

Yes it is, The default is set to 85.55% , All you have to do is type in the weight % you want to upvote it as and it will vote with that weight.
