You are right, it can be done in 55 lines of python code. Everyone who wants to reward old posts with 100% can do this using my script:

Awesome, nice of you to add cool features like 15mins so we get some curation for finding great old content!
I can imagine @Curie going back to reward old content that was totally missed in the past....the possibilities are now endless!
