They updated the Fees to say 35% Can Conditionally drop to 5% ......

Kinda like IF @minnowbooster or @smartsteem says you have to vote for @reggaemuffin or @therealwolf to be white listed. Only you are not even getting a profitable big bot vote you are just paying them because you want to give away an upvote to reward Steemians with your own SteemPower. Or worst it's more like it's compulsory to qualify by witness voting for @mahdiyari or you can't use his opensource free amazing FREE @steemauto services that's currently serving 100,000 thousand Steem accounts.

The point is this, who in Steem is not serious about sharing their post? Is there some elusive 5 or 10% of Steemians who totally don't care for new upvotes or for someone to find their post, interact, OR appreciate their Steem Content?

Look, why not make it SIMPLE for everyone, just make it 5% across the board, it's their Steem Power anyways, and you a mostly proving a just place for them to paste the old URL link they find (trust me this will be like the majority of the use case)

Don't make is so difficult for every Steemians to be generous to recognize great content past 7 days.

Basically, if you are asking for more % payment by making things complicated to get just fewer 35% authors reward for yourself (which is more than DTube, SteemPress, More Than Any Other Dapp in the whole Steem-Universe), then you are asking Voters to just circumvent Bounty by doing things themselves like

1. upvote a Steemian's current post
2. upvote a Steemian's current comment
3. request for reply from the Steemian and then give a vote in the reply
4. etc, etc

Just Make it 5% AUTOMATICALLY and forget about this totally unreasonable penalty of 35% OR needing to ask to get your permission to use their own upvote to reward authors fully as the blockchain intended
