1 Picture 1 Story Week #82
Hello, my friend, @dove11, you invited me to this contest; here is my participation. I also take this opportunity to invite @max-pro, @jyoti-thelight, @artist1111, and @chilaw to participate in this contest.
The warm hug to her mom
Mithusha, a medical student, was the whole world of Sanduni. It was a holiday for Mithush's university, so in the morning, Sanduni accompanied her daughter to the park, as she was very fond of nature.
At the park, Mithusha met her friends; she joined with them and, laughing and chatting, strolled to the side of the palm trees.
In the meantime, letting the young group have their freedom, Sanduni sat on the red bench of the park. She looked at the trees moving with the wind. Suddenly she felt two warm hands wrapped around her from behind. She smelled her daughter.
Mithusha hugged her mom tightly from behind, leaning her head closer to her shoulder, and said, "Mama, I'll be back soon; stay here."
Sanduni smiled and caught her daughter's hand with her left hand tightly, as if to say, "Okay." Mithusha kissed her mom and ran back to her friends.
While she was looking at her running daughter, her thoughts traveled back to her old memories.
Kapila was her fiancé; she deeply loved him and believed him more than anything. She became pregnant before they married. When Kapila knew about that, he requested her to abolish it.
Upon hearing this, Sanduni was heartbroken. She insisted several times that he reconsider his request. But all were in vain. She took the brave decision to keep the baby even though Kapila left her. Finally, Kapila ended the affair, leaving her alone. But she stayed strong. With time passing, she gave birth to a beautiful girl. It was Mithusha. She remembered the day she got a soft, tiny baby in her hand as if it were today.
It was not an easy task to raise a baby without a husband. But she promised herself to give her daughter the best life she can.
She did many jobs; some days she cooked for others and helped with homework. She worked hard every day; there were plenty of sleepless nights. Most of the days she felt weak inside, but she never let her daughter feel that.
Once she acted in the mother's role as well as her father's role. Sometimes she was a friend to her daughter; other times, a guide to her daughter. Gave her a good education and shaped her as a complete person for the world.
She never let her daughter feel the pain of not having a father. She loved her daughter, supported her, and made her stronger. She made her daughter armed with kindness, bravery, and wisdom.
She was proud of her daughter's accomplishment. She had given the world a bold, intelligent, and kind lady even without having a father.
Sanduni smiled to herself and closed her eyes tightly. Her heart was filled with joy.
Finally, all her sacrifices and sleepless nights had been overcome. Today that little girl has grown into a beautiful, educated, and kind girl.
She still felt the warmth of her hug, which was like a reply to all her sacrifices.

Motherhood is priceless. I admired Sanduni's courage to take care of Mithusha from the early stages of her life until she was grown up, despite playing the role of both parents.
This is an inspiring story.
Raising children without a father is a very difficult task. But a mother is a mother, and when the time comes, she also becomes a father and a friend. You have portrayed the role of a mother in a very beautiful way. good luck for your contest.
Hola @senehasa, la verdad no sé cuál de las dos es la madre; debo felicitar a esa mujer valiente y esforzada que decidió no abortar y dar continuidad a ese milagro que origina otra vida y lo hizo como madre soltera, al mirar el fruto de su vientre, ser una excelente persona con muchas cualidades se sintió orgullosa y no es para menos.
