番茄牛肉酱香包
周末做了一款番茄牛肉酱香包，这次面发的比较成功，还是用酸奶发的面，我发现酸奶发面真的是太棒啦，甜丝丝的非常好吃哈！
牛肉必须是手工剁好的，这样能汤汁，一个圆葱切碎，一个去皮西红柿切碎，肉馅里放入五香粉，酱油，生抽，圆葱，西红柿，姜末，关键的一步来了，一定要放海天酱，代替盐，因为有西红柿，不用加水，这样的肉馅调好之后，不干，而且非常香。当然了，我还加了点番茄酱。
包子蒸的时候，这次知道了要中火烧开之后转小火慢慢蒸，最后时间到了的时候，先揭开盖子，火不停，这样包子一直没有塌陷，感觉蒸出来的效果比以前好看多啦！
原来蒸不好的包子，现在慢慢的总结出了经验，终于有了点进步😂😂。最后将我包好的包子，给上班的外甥送了一些，他将包子分给了同事们尝尝，评价老高了🤣🤣，据说大家都说，重来没吃过这么好吃的包子，其实我相信他们没有说假话，这是真的好吃哈哈😂😁
