Huh.... Today is the day, huh?

A very important day for 1/3rd of the world's population today. Yep, it's Easter Sunday.

So... Imma draw something for Easter alright?

Wow.... so colorful.... I've NEVER celebrated Easter this way, so no Easter Bunny, Easter Egg, all that. Just knowing that it's a special day is enough for me.

So, what's the deal with Easter Sunday?

Well.... For the most simple word is, Easter Sunday is the celebration of the ressurection of Jesus, one of the most important figures in Abrahamic religions, especially Christianity. I would say it's even more important than Christmas, and Chistmas itself is already the biggest celebration right now. If you ask around, without the ressurection of Jesus, there will be no Christianity, as that day marks a very important event for the Christian faith around the world.

How big is this day? Well, for me, Easter Vigil, a midnight mass which lasted from Saturday night to VERY early Sunday morning is a very long event, around 4 hours. There's a lot of celebration when it strikes morning, with lots of singing and praises in the church.

But the Easter Bunny, and Easter Egg part... lets say it's not a common practice for me personally. Knowing that Easter is a thing is already enough. Of course, knowing the Easter Bunny and Easter Egg is also interesting, and I do know that it's a more popular thing in the West. I can thank the internet for that knowlegde boom XP!

....Oh, about this character, I did draw her before. So yeah... DON'T bully her, lest you want trouble >: ).
