17th Oct 2018 - Swollen Tree
When I see the word 'swollen' I remember something in my science class back in the day.
Something about a swollen plant.
Yes, a tree killer technique.... :(

Anyways...
The reason that a tree (or any plant) can be swollen is that when you cut out its supply line (in this case the skin with all the working which is the xylem and phloem). The phloem will collect resources to the plants. So when the tubes carrying resources are cut, they get swollen as in stuck there, which means those swollen bumps are are actually stuvk resources for the plant. And since the resources will not reach to its designated place, the plant will slowly...... die :(
Alright, this is grim.... but it's science after all..... I might be wrong at some parts since its bee a while since I touched this subject, though I'm still interested in these tiny details....
