One more reason to use Steem Bounty - Lower Community Percentage
@steem-bounty as we all know is widely used service for rendering out additional rewards to people who respond with quality content.
In a recent announcement, Steem Bounty has reduced the community reward share percentage with immediate effect. This percentage earlier used to be 20%, so the actual rewards that got distributed to the top commenters used to be a split of 80% of the bounty amount. Many people have shared a feedback that this amount was high and wanted that the members' share shall increase. Taking this feedback into consideration, @steem-bounty has reduced the cut percentage to 5%, hence increasing the actual bounty distribution amount to 95%.
This is a great move and something which has made people use this system more frequently and effectively. So, go ahead and become a bounty hunter and start earning the extra incoming.
