STEEM ATLAS [02 Nov '25] : KeyChain & Delegator Reward Scheme
Steem Atlas is moving toward the completion of Phase I.
The latest version now fully integrates Steem KeyChain for post creation.
Because of significant changes in the economic landscape Steem Atlas is currently operating in we have been reviewing our business model.
As part of that review we are sadly having to suspend our Delegator Reward Scheme.
New Version v1.13 : KeyChain
The latest release of Steem Atlas (v1.13) now has Steem KeyChain fully integrated for post creation.
In the next week or so the commenting and voting systems will be completed, again with KeyChain functionality.
We are now in the final stages of our current DAO funded development work.
The aim of the DAO funding has been to support the first phase of development of Steem Atlas to make it fully 'market ready' to take it to the outside world beyone the Steem community.
This will be completed in the coming weeks.
Delegator Reward Scheme : Suspension
The Delegator Reward Scheme has been extremely successful in helping build our @steem-atlas curation account.
It has helped increase @steem-atlas to 3.7M SP, with a current full vote of over $26.
However the last few weeks has seen significant changes in the economic situation of the Steem Atlas project.
The @pennsif.witness account that has been underwriting the Steem Atlas project has been dropped out of the Top 20 witnesses. This has dramatically reduced the witness earnings available to support the project.
The price of STEEM and SBD have dropped by around a third in the past three weeks. This has significantly reduced the value of the DAO funding that supports the development of Steem Atlas.
Against the backdrop of these changes we are now in the final few weeks of the DAO funding. While we hope to be able to obtain further DAO funding to support the second phase of the Atlas project that funding is by no means certain.
We have therefore taken the sad decision to suspend the Delegator Reward Scheme until the project's economic outlook improves.
Our great thanks go to everyone who has supported the project through delegation. We quite understand though that many will likely now remove their delegations.
We will also welcome anyone who wants to continue their delegations. There will still be an element of reward for delegating through enhanced voting from @steem-atlas on Atlas posts.
The last Delegator Reward payments for the time-being will be made this coming Friday 7 November. This will provide the necessary five day period for removing delegations.

Alas! It is very sad to hear that the project is struggling to continue delegators rewards scheme and therefore discontinuing it. I hope Steem Atlas project will grow and support the ecosystem.
Sad but we have to go with the flow. Let's hope for the best and continue doing whatever we can.

Yes, it's sad, but I really like Steem Atlas. I initially delegated with my full SP (4000). Now I have another 3000 SP in my wallet, from which I added another 1000 SP delegation today, making it 5000.
I hope everyone, like me, should increase their delegation and grow this project without any prize.
As long as we keep moving forward, the sky is the limit.
I think it's fine now. In the top 20 is @pennsif witness. I hope the project will be run smoothly as before and there won't be any problems like this. Decisions must be taken seriously. @steem-atlas The project has grown well in a very short time. I hope it will continue. The problem that was there has been resolved.happy days for @steem-atlas.🙋♂️
