I've been tracking STEEM supply for 20 months to get a sense of STEEM Health. The idea is to take a look at trends of powering up vs powering down to see where people are investing their money. When powering up, this enters those funds in a long term contract and they are no longer liquid. People invest those funds into powering up when they believe that investment will benefit them. Well, the masses are flexing their financial muscles and powering up.

As of today, Powering Up has exceeded Powering Down for 9 days in a row. Prior to a single day of power down barely exceeding power up, there was 28 consecutive days of Powering Up beating Powering Down.

Below is the entire data collection of the last 20 months. Just take a look at the recent powering up compared to past history.

If we take out the one day of Power Down, then we have 32 days of powering up. Right now we have 4 days in a row that Power Up exceeded Power Down. It seems like powering up is still popular. I have a feeling that we could be heading for another record.
