The widespread perception that 'you waste your vote if you vote too many times' isn't helping anyone. Very few seem to consider how MUCH they are wasting by NOT voting. ...and what's at stake if they don't.

I believe the only true waste of voting power is when people let it get to 100%, its the only time its not making them any money. I mean there's definitely better more efficient ways strategies for voting, but the only real waste is just like you said, in reality people not voting. I love steemstats for keeping an eye on my voting power personally.
