One of the comments you made was on the very slow download speed. We have not see this, and hoping you could tell us more (such as the type of device, and your location, and time of day). That could help us troubleshoot.
And, if you want to try out the game, we do have test movies on the Rinkeby Testnet. Just switch your MetaMask to Rinkeby and give it a shot!

Well we don't have the fasted internet in South Africa lol, so it was done on a 10MBs line and I was using a macbook pro.
I did set my metamask to rinkeby and it took forever to load my tokens and when i tried out some mock movies my bid did not want to go through
