Ever heard of love?
Ever heard of unity?
Ever heard of bond?
Ever heard of togetherness?
Ever heard of oneness?
Ever heard of family?
A friend once told me that we choose our friends but we do not choose our families.
Attitudes we get to bear.
Yeah! You don't like them but you can't let go
The lazy ones who piss you off, yeah... you don't like them but you can't let go.
The talkative ones who gossip about you with you, yeah you don't like them but you can't let go.
The fat ones who eat up the entire meal and your cut, yeah you don't like them but you can't let go.
The dirty ones who make the home uncomfortable, yeah... you don't like them but you can't let go!
You are bound by blood
A sacrament of descendants adorableness
A covenant no matter how broken still stands firm
Joy begotten from Anger
Sadness begotten from happiness
Laughter begotten from tears
You fight against each other in the water pot
Break the pot in the river and you fight against the world
You have a choice but the dice falls back home
Unimplemented thoughts and wishes
Unamended rules and regulations
An ongoing conspiracy by the ancestors without the living's consent
This tribe continues with or without your approval!
Feelings grow from childhood.
No! It grows from the womb
No! It grows from intercourse!
Yeah! The feelings grow from the first day of encounter
Faces built with amazing resemblance
Shapes curved in a pattern
Adopted or not you appear alike
Favouritism a consideration of thy own!
Friendship lasts until death
Friendship stay until breakup
Death, breakup and whatever nature cannot destroy this continuity except the entire nation is destroyed.
Hate interwoven into kindness
Wrath poured as a media of upbringing
The legality to listen in
How the world was formed
How the world became formidable
And how this formedness is segmented
The family!
Another segment of existence!
