Part II - Spy Ring in Congress Person of Interest Abid Awan
In a previous post, we met a close friend of former congressional IT staffer Imran Awan named Rao Abbas, who is also listed as a congressional IT staffer and still on the payroll of Democratic representative John Deutch of Florida.
Unlike Imran Awan, Abbas is essentially a ghost in congress and no one on the Hill seems to recall actually meeting or having any type of contact with him and avoid making any statements in regards to Rao Abbas.
In this post, we will focus on another alleged co-conspirator of Imran’s, his brother Abid Awan. Similarly, there’s documentation indicating that Abid is an employee of the US government but he remains as mysterious as Mr. Abbas. Furthermore, some have speculated that Abid may not even exist and his identity is simply another alias used by Imran Awan.

Soon after Imran Awan joined the staff of Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz in 2005, his brothers Abid and Jamal, his wife Hina, and his brother’s wife Natalia all appeared on other members’ payrolls, supposedly as IT administrators. His best friend Rao Abbas landed on the payroll too. Most of them made salaries ordinarily only chiefs of staff earn, but they were rarely seen or heard from in Hill IT circles.

Imran and his associates are listed in US governmental records employed as IT staffers, each making upwards of $150,000. In addition to making more than some chiefs of staff, the Awans job descriptions indicate that they’re shared employees working for multiple congressional members.

Records show that Abid Awan is primarily employed by Michigan Democratic representative Levin Sanders. In 2015, Abid earned $$$$$$$$160,000 averaging approximately $40,000 per quarter. The average salary of shared staff is $69,000.

According to government records Abid A Awan is listed as a current staffer in the US congress. Likewise, his close associate Rao Abbas is also an active employee on the Hill.

Bankruptcy Claim
A good way to get to know your congressional staffers is to explore their bankruptcy claims. Abid Awan filed for bankruptcy in January 2012.
From the information provided in the bankruptcy claim we can determine that Abid has been employed in the US congress since 2006.

According to the filing, a failed enterprise of the Awans called Cars International, in business from 2009-2010, caused Abid to wipe out all of his secondary income to pay debts relating to the business venture.

There are some interesting details regarding Cars International. One such detail is that in the list of creditors Rau Abas is named as an individual that may launch a potential lawsuit against Cars International. Though the spelling of the name is different, the address of 6111 Pioneer Drive matches the address of Rao Abbas.

Another creditor with claims against Cars International is the chairman of M & I Auto Sales Inc., Issmail Alchaleh. According to the document, Alchaleh claims that he had 8 vehicles on consignment to Cars International that were not returned or paid for by the Abid Awan.
The amount owing is $180,000.

M & I Auto is listed as having 2 separate addresses, the first on 15017 Washington St., (Haymarket). VA, and 2410 Spring St., Dunnloring, VA.
A search for 15017 Washington Street in Haymarket doesn't turn up any results.
Entering 15017 into google maps brings you to a small park with a couple of benches but there is a rundown garage right next door, the address of which I was unable to determine.

An interesting detail emerges when checking another creditor Nasir Khattek at the 700 Washington St. address, the name F Galani appears as a current resident. It’s unclear if F. Galani has any relation to S. Galani (see below).

The documents relating to his bankruptcy application of 2012 from the Eastern District of Virginia are available to the public and provide a window into some of the companies the Awans were running on the side while being full time employees in the US congress.
In the documents, Abid lists 7110 Falcon St., Annandale, VA, as his primary address and also 6314 Thomas Drive as (a secondary address) in Springfield, VA. You’ll know that the Thomas Drive address is tied to Imran Awan through their father Muhammad Shah and Awantech LLC one of Imran’s many companies.
However, the 7110 Falcon is also listed as the address for numerous businesses owned by Abid Awan’s wife Nataliia Sova including:
• Regional Car Center Inc.
• Discover EZ Car Buying Company
• Alain LLC
Just how many car businesses can fulltime congressional IT staffers successfully maintain?
How many side businesses do current congressional staffers have, or need for that matter?
You would imagine that a prestigious job paying $160, 000 working in the US House of Representatives would keep you fairly busy.
Domestic Disturbance Incident Report
A police report of a domestic dispute involving Abid Awan and his step mother Samina Gilani (recorded as Galani in police report) (recorded as Galani in police report) (recorded as Galani in police report) (recorded as Galani in police report) (recorded as Galani in police report) (recorded as Galani in police report) (recorded as Galani in police report) (recorded as Galani in police report) occurred at the Thomas Drive address on January 5th, 2017. At the time, Gilani’s husband Muhammad Shah was being hospitalized and Abid and Imran were preventing her from visiting her ailing partner. Furthermore, the Awans threatened to kidnap Gilani’s relatives in Pakistan and Baltimore if she didn’t sign over life insurance/inheritance from Muhammad Shah amounting to about $50,000.
The incident report states that Abid provided a document that was neither dated or signed.
Moreover, Gilani stated that the house was bugged and her communications were being monitored by the Awans.

Conclusion
Judging from the Americo v Abid Awan document it would appear that Abid is a real person as the document later shows that an individual identified as Shahid Imran Awan later threatened Gilani's relatives with kidnapping.
There's a lot of information here surrounding the Awans, but several things stand out. First, the question as to why well paid IT staffers would need/want to run used car dealerships while working full-time is very odd. Particularly, when Imran, Hina, Rao and Abid are ALL employed as IT staffers, yet it appears that all of them feel the need to have MULTIPLE businesses on the side, not just one.
George Webb speculates that the dozen or so houses owned by the Awans are their for new recruits to take over when they arrive from Pakistan. This would explain the multiple (shell) businesses, as the businesses would be there already for new actors to take over. This would be an example of the use of 'cut outs', as homes businesses and complete identities can be assumed as operatives are replaced.
Another aspect that needs to be addressed by law makers in the house is IF they have knowledge of the Awans and if they've ever met, worked with or seen Imran, Rao, Abid or Hina!

The money this guy is getting from what appears to eight Democratic representatives is a big red flag. As you state why do they need to run businesses on the side? Is this still an unreported story in the US? It should be huge.
Cheers for the update V. It's a fascinating story and proves beyond doubt that the DNC is totally corrupt and that they own the press.
There's a ton of leads in all directions it's difficult to sort through and even though I've posted close to a dozen articles on this I feel like that's just scratching the surface.
This story is HUGE (in my mind) but it's constantly being ignored in favor of other stories: Russia, Russia Russia, Trump Tweets, Las Vegas, Harvey Weinstein, Antifa, Charlottesville, etc.

Yeah mate it's all misdirection to get us looking the other way. The Russia memes are my favourite as it just goes to show what a shameless group they are, those of us old enough remember the Democrats lining up like sycophantic sheep when Gorbachov visited Reagan. Hillary's love of Saul Alinsky is testement to the commie she really is. What an irony that Russia has ditched communism while many in the DNC still believe in such a flawed system.
