Anyone who reaches Dolphin status (5K SP) with at least a 10% power-up, and who hasn't been powering down in the past month, could get a tasty upvote from @steemcurator01...
And be using their SP for manual curation.
Do you think that might help bring the Dolphins back to the Bay of Steem ?
