Splinterlands - Spreading Like Wild Fire!!!

So much is happening with Splinterlands it seems like this dapp will soon explode in popularity. This post is to recap what happened and is happening currently on Splinterlands. So much updates and news that I thought I would do a quick summary here.

• Just today creator @aggroed had an interview on blocktv.com. He talks about Non-fungible tokens on the steem blockchain and Splinterlands. How 3rd party developers have raised the value and awareness of Splinterlands. Using steem-engine to consolidate all NFTs on one site. Amazing stuff!

• Since inception of Splinterland's cards on Ethereum blockchain as ERC-721 tokens there have been multiple outlets where users can buy/sell cards with Ethereum or Ethereum based tokens. Opensea.io

• In parallel of working on Splinterlands updates @aggroed is introducing Non-Fungilble Tokens (NFT) on the steem blockchain. This allows the Splinterland cards to be traded outside the game itself!!! and allows it to be use to play on other platforms. Read more from expert @taskmaster4450 post on NFTs

• More news is popping up on a trading card game (TCG) called Tides of Magic that allows multiple platforms TCG to be integrated into. Splinterlands cards are now on the platform.
