India Vs West Indies First day of test match

Today the very first test match between India and West Indies has been started. India won the toss and went for batting. The initial day of test cricket match was really excellent for batsmen of India. Indian team played very excellent game and took their team in strong position.

Start of Indian batting was not really good. First wick down too early. KL Rahul out without contribution. After that Cheteshwer Pujara came to bat. A very big partnership between two batsman established. Cheteshwer Pujara and Prithvi Shaw both played really excellent game. Prithvi shaw who was playing his debut match hits pleasent century. He contributed 134 runs in his first international test cricket. This player now definetly going to give some trouble for team selectors. If his performence will continue then surely selectors will have to think about his place in team. Thus, Prithvi Shaw converted his debut match memorable.

Cheteshwer Pujrara played very fine inning of 86 runs. Unfortunatly he could not convert this inning in to century. Skipper Virat Kohli still not out stand on the crease. He has scored 72 runs at the end of the match days. also Ajinkya Rhane played good for team and contributed 41 runs. He is not out. On second end , Rishabh pant is not out by scoring 17 runs. Thus , India has scored 364 run with downfall of 4 wickets.

For west indies today`s match day was not good. Gabriel was lucky who has taken first wicket of India team in early start of the match. Lewis , Bishoo and Chase all got single wicket. Almost all bowlers were spent run by same average. None of the bowler proved himself economical against Indian batting line up.

If next day both of the batsman stay on the crease then obviously Indian team will be able to score of 500 runs very easily in first innings. If we look comming batting line up we can expect some runs from them becaue Ravindra Jadeja is an allrounder. Though, we can not expect much from him because he bowls well than bat. Ashwin also good in batting. He is spinner bat I have seen his many innings with good score.
