INTRODUCTION

Empirical findings by SpringRole team after thorough scrutiny led to a shocking revelation. The current method of getting staff and employing them to an organization is inherently flawed.   • Gaining high reputation comes from getting endorsed by people from different ranges and the system is programmed to give higher rewards to such individuals.

  • A failed endorsement leads to higher costs in subsequent endorsement endeavours

  • The more failed endorsement a user records, the lower his/her rating drops with a concurrent drop in endorsement value.

  • A coordinated attempt by any set of persons to manipulate the skill score value will fail because computation of scores happens only via an individual's network.

  • People with low scores in certain skillsets will have lower endorsement value.

  • Limited number of pending endorsements per person but for influencers the value will be such that will allow for endorsing as many people as possible in their network in a short while.

  • Introduction of Coursera, Audacity and other certified examination providers gives more value to the scores.

THE SPRING ECOSYSTEM

SpringRole platform is driven by SpringRole token and all activities carried out on the platform is related to the token and such can be utilized on the ecosystem to carry out several activities.

Work – Just anything said about a user worrk-experience must be confirmed by the bsubject companies. Information such as the period and job title are linked straight to the blockchain.

Education – Every academic detail is confirmed by the subject College and confirmed on the blockchain. Extra details such as gradescomp and field of specialization can be chosen at users volition.

Skills – The user’s skill level is sourced from outside after thoroughly analysing the various endorsements that people put forward in the user’s network and by reasonable online courses or verifications they need.

SPRINGROLE TOKEN

The token adopted by SpringRole is called SPRING and used for every transaction across the ecosystem. It is an Ethereum based ERC20 standard token and inherently linked to all transactions on the SpringRole ecosystem.

There are several ways in which users on the platform can earn the SPRING token viz

  • Referring new users into the platform
  • Completing of profiles
  • Acting as a validator
  • Giving endorsements on the platform

All tokens earned from any of the above listed means can be used to either attest/endorse a skill or get access to validate resumes on behalf of recruiting companies.
