Ricardo Quaresma adventure with Beşiktaş is coming to an end.
The 35-year-old Portuguese winger wrote on Instagram that the club president from Istanbul does not want him to continue his adventure with the "Black Eagles". Beşiktaş, who published the statement, very quickly addressed the whole matter. "At today's meeting, Ricardo Quaresma was informed that he would not be part of the team in the new season. He received permission to search for a new club. If he does not find him, he can train individually for the rest of the competition " - we read in the announcement.
Quaresma originally came to Beşiktaşu in 2010. He left Istanbul after 2.5 seasons, but returned to him in 2015. The total balance of the Portuguese in the Turkish team's jersey is 227 appearances, 38 goals and 78 assists.
The Quaresmy contract is valid until June 30, 2020.
For now, it is not known how the fate of the player will turn. A few months ago, information appeared suggesting that he might return to FC Porto.
