My Least Favorite Heat Player Ever, Hassan Whiteside
I am a die hard Miami Heat Fan, born and raised in the county of Dade. I have trashed his play multiple times this year, and am officially sick of Hassan Whiteside. He is a max player with no offensive skills, is not professional, and is injured all the time.
And now this latest incident, after the Heat lost to the Nets he was quoted as saying "Man, it's annoying, you know. Why we matching up? We got one of the best centers in the league, There’s a lot of teams that could use a center.”
Hassan sounds like a guy who thinks he can date any chick he wants. Thats funny because when you were playing overseas in Lebanon did any teams come calling? It sure didn’t seem like a lot of teams could use you as there center then….. People forget that this dudes attitude is really so awful, the Sacramento Kings cut him!!!
The Heat took a chance on you, developed you, we signed you to a max contract the first day of Free Agency, a contract that soured our relationship with Dwyane Wade.
You cant find playing time in the 4th quarter because your a liability!!! The other team doesn’t even have to guard you on defense, I would much prefer to have Olynyk on the court who stretches the defense to the 3 point line, or heck I would even prefer Bam Adebayo, who literally does the same thing as Whiteside, but at least you know he’s going to give maximum effort.
Hassan Whiteside, BE GONE!
Some players just dont have loyalty, I remeber that he was in China dreaming of a chance in the NBA, dont think he is easy to trade for
Wont be easy to move at all. Best case scenario, move him to the Bucks for Jabari Parker, which I doubt the Bucks would do at this point.
More realistic, trade him to Phoenix and get Tyson Chandler, Marquiss Chris, & 2nd round pick
Didn't know his attitude was that bad, Riley doesn't usually keep players around who aren't pretty motivated. What's Haslem have to say about him?
Miami DOES seem to overpay some guys, in a VERY VERY nice way. Dunno why there aren't some stars coming their way.
But hasn't the Heat's record been much better with him on the court? He's a rebounding mofo, no?
At least Miami loves winning titles, check out how Philly reacts to having a winner...

He gets all the rebounds, but I wouldn't say he earns them. Basically the other Heat players just let him have it anytime its an uncontested rebound.
As for Haslem, I wish there was a good gif that existed, but multiple occasions this year have occured when he rips Whiteside on the bench. Just scowls at him for being a shitty teammate.
