When and How Can We bring Beneficial Changes in our Workout routine

Change can be beneficial or they could have negative impact on our routine if we do not know when change is necessary in your workout routine. Everybody needs a change at some level of his workout either he needs to change his diet, workout routine or technique of a specific exercise.

Beginner needs to focus on their routine instead of thinking about the change they need in their routine but sometime beginner feels problems in doing specific kind of exercise and they start loosing interest in working out. So at every stage there could be a need for positive change but the question is how to know when to change your routine.

Answer is simple change your routine when you think its necessary to change and as a beginner you should take some more time before taking decision about the change. Some changes after a gap of 2 to 3 months can be good for you but changing your routine every week will not help you in long run. Change some time help you to build muscle more quickly but they could be temporary so each change should be made after decent time gap.

I would suggest every 4 weeks to alter a fitness routine to avoid a plateau as the body becomes used to a routine very quickly. Also its about progression so challenge yourself to lift a little heavier or run a little quicker. Mixing it up should eliminate boredom.
