Personally I do not consider myself a very athletic person, when I was a kid I practiced several sports but usually I got bored and abandoned them. But when I started practicing swimming it was not the same, I really had a good time and I was training for 4 or 5 years.

It is a sport that I really recommend for many reasons, here I will explain some of them:

It is useless to tell you all the benefits of something if you get bored after the first week, but I assure you it will not be like that. Swimming as well as many physical activities releases endorphins in our body that improve our mood and reduce stress.

In addition to this, if you take it seriously and train really hard you will begin to notice changes in your physical appearance. What better motivation than that? you will look good and you will feel good.
