Burn out your Quads with this Plyometric Squat! Using a TRX Suspension Trainer you wont need to wear a cape to become Superman or Super Woman ;) Stand with your back to the anchor and a forward lean. Position feet hip distance apart, up on your toes then lower into your squat. From the bottom explode into a jump, landing with soft knees and lowering into your next squat immediately. Perform continuous reps for 20 or more squats or time this exercise for max reps 1 min.

Hey There! Have you ever thought about uploading your content to dtube. I'm sure dtube would love to have you on there. Plus the occasional upvotes from dtube aren't bad either. Keep pushing and keep up the good work!
I have tried but it hasn't worked for me very well. More often than not it says that it cannot upload? Everytime I try to post it shows an error saying 'Could not submit to block chain' I've tried closing everything and signing in again. Another suggestion was to ensure the snap was uploaded before the video finished and that didn't help either.. If it would cooperate I'd prefer to use d-tube for sure :) Any suggestions I could try?
Well they did do an update just recently. A major issue was putting more than 4 tags. That caused that type of error. Also the browser had a lot to do with it. They handled those issues as well. So.. you might be able to now.
