3 in 1 Leg Workout - Bodyweight/Calisthenics Training 015

This 3 in 1 Bodyweight Leg Workout consists of 3 single leg exercises, flowing from one into the next all on the same working leg.

Exercises Included are:

  1. Back Lunge
  2. Single Stiff Leg Deadlift
  3. Pistol Squat

This workout requires no equipment only your body and can be done anywhere!
If you are a Beginner all of these exercises can be done holding a stable surface to help with your balance. However, it is best not to hold on for dear life.. Using a light touch only so you can begin to train your own balance.

Below is a Video Demonstration so you can see what this workout looks like..

Perform all 3 exercises on the same leg 5-7 times, then complete the same number of reps on the other leg.
Rest 2min
Repeat 4-5 times

This particular workout is very challenging for your balance. Holding a steady surface lightly to begin practicing your balance for these exercises can help if needed.
