Bangladesh beat West Indies very easily in first ODI

Good Morning to all, after a good test series both team met again in ODI of 3 matches where 1st ODI played yesterday. Bangladesh has beaten West Indies very easily by 5 wickets. everyone hoping that West Indies will play some good cricket in ODI after defeated very badly in test series but they continued their poor form so let discuss about match more in details.

West Indies won the toss and choose to bat first which is a somehow good decision but I think for them bowl first was a good decision because of the pitch where some early moment but it not will play the main factor because of noon time. West Indies did not a bad but also not a good start as they not lost many wickets in starting but also not scoring runs which are the main factor in ODI. They played slowly was not a problem but they played too much slow and also keep losing wicket which not allowed to make a big score to them as they keep playing around 3 runs per over till 40 overs but Chase and Paul gave some boost to their inning in last 20 over which took them to still 195 runs only. Hope, Chase got a good start they not able to convert in a big score. from West Indies side Hope made 43 runs, Paul made quick 36 runs and Chase made useful 32 runs where in Bangladesh side all bowlers did good bowling as Mortaza and Mustafizur took 3 wickets each and restrict West Indies to only 195 runs.

Bangladesh has one big advantage for this series is their main player Tamim Iqbal was fit and ready to play so it gave them good energy but unfortunately he cants make a good score as out early on just 12 runs. Bangladesh also lost early wickets but they maintain run rate and that is why they achieved the target in just 35 overs by lost 5 wickets. from Bangladesh side Musfiqur Rahim made unbeaten 55 runs and Liton Das made 41 runs where in West Indies side, Roston Chase took 2 wickets. Mortaza was named a man of the match for his brilliant bowling spell of 10-0-30-3.

I was so disappointed with West Indies because they kept scoring rate so low as well as they playing many wrong shots on wrong time and sometimes look like they are careless in the match. if I am not wrong West Indies played much faster in the Test match then ODI. Bangladesh won the match because they took match very seriously and they kept maintain pressure on them since starting of the match to till the end and it helps them to win the match easily. Bangladesh is not much favorite to win the series as they lead series 1-0 in 3 matches so let see how West Indies will play in second ODI.
