Sol Jandia Mar: A field report

The Sol Jandia Mar is located on Fuerteventura in the popular holiday region of Jandia. The Aparthotel is located in the municipality of Morro del Jable, just a few metres from the spacious sandy beach.

The situation

The Jandia Mar Hotel is situated in the middle of a very beautiful complex, only a few meters walk to the beach. Close to the complex there are numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés. The famous fishing village of Morro Jable is only 1.5 km away, the airport can be reached in 45 minutes. Apartments The apartment complex is modern and comfortably furnished and offers a total of 294 different apartments. They are located in two- or three-storey buildings and have very nice furnishings. Each apartment has a kitchenette, a safe deposit box and a large bathroom. All rooms have a large balcony or terrace. Facilities The complex has a large reception hall with a reception, a restaurant and a bar, a mini-market and washing machines. In addition, holidaymakers can relax in the two freshwater pools or at the pool bar. Sunbeds, umbrellas and cushions are included. The apartment complex can be booked either without meals, with half board or all-inclusive. In the morning, noon and evening, food is served in the form of a large buffet.

On the nearby beach you can rent different kinds of water sports such as jet-skiing or sailing boats. The surrounding area is suitable for excursions on foot or by bike. The "Oasis Park"is particularly popular, the large complex offers its visitors various shows, over 250 animal species and a large cactus garden. Family-friendly For families with children there is a separate children's pool, a large playground and a mini club. At a reduced children's fixed price, the whole family can enjoy a nice and affordable holiday. The animation provides good entertainment every day and performs various shows in the evenings. All Inclusive holidaymakers who book All Inclusive can enjoy meals and snacks every day from 10:30 am to 5:45 pm in the restaurant and at the pool bar.
