introducing street workout

my name is zeev i have no idea what this website relay is but i am giving it a chance.
so for my first up lode i am going to introduce what i think is a new topic for this place and give a shout out to a couple of friends.
so street workout is basically any workout that uses nothing but body wight. this work out is more fun then any other workout, its based on improvising and using your surroundings to do all sorts of trikes ass i will show you in the pictures i will add to this post.
i started training at the age of 13 (i'm 19 new and in the army) one of the main reasons i liked this type of training was because it can be dune with friends, There is no need for special equipment, and ass a small kid that couldn't relay lift wights it gave me a solution.
if you have the same problems i did, or just want to enjoy a different type of training you now have it.
