Rules don't apply to trog. He does whatever he wants then when the consequences hit him hard he cries and begs for help- free help. His lying is saved forever on each video he makes. he thinks spray painting orange paint on his mess ups means the same as an inspector approved project. He shall be surprised at the outcome.

Then shortly after this video, an orange spray paint can was spotted several times in different locations inside and outside his trailer.
