My first street workout training #1

Hi, my name is Aleksander. I come from Poland. I'm 22. I'm a MMA fighter, but i would like add street workout to my training. I train MMA 3 times in week. In beginning I would like add 2-3 SW training in week. Currently I can do around 12-15 pull ups and 50-60 push ups.

My data :
Age : 22
Weight : 73 kg
Height : 1.76 m

My targets :

  • minumum 20 pull ups
  • muscle ups
  • front lever
  • back lever
  • handstand push ups

Today training - first steps :)

10 min warm up : skipping, jumping rope etc.

1 exercise : pull ups.

5 series x 8 reps

2 exercise : push ups.

4 series x 20 reps
last series max

3 exercise : hanging double leg lift

5 series x 12 reps

Next exercises was a try to doing a front/back lever and handstand. I never do it, so it was only attempt.

It was my first step. It wasn't hard training, but I am learning how do designated exercises. Next SW training in thursday. Take care :)
