#4 & #5 Training

Hello. Last week was hard for me. I wasn't have time to add blogs. I did only one MMA and two SW training. In the last week I focused do strengthening exercises.

#4 Tuesday training

Running 3 KM

  • 1 exercise : hollow body
    4 x 15 seconds

  • 2 exe. : scissors lift
    4 x 12 reps

  • 3 exe. : superman (holding)
    4 x 15 sec

  • 4 exe. : plank (basic)
    4 x 15 sec

  • 5 exe. : pull ups
    4 x 8 reps

  • 6 exe. : push ups
    4 x 20 reps

  • 7 exe. : Bulgarian split squats
    4 x 10 reps (for one leg)

#5 Thursday training

Jumping rope 5 mins

  • 1 exercise : hollow body
    4 x 15 seconds

  • 2 exe. : superman (holding)
    4 x 15 sec

  • 3 exe. : plank (basic)
    4 x 15 sec

  • 4 exe. : pull ups
    4 x 8 reps

  • 5 exe. : australian pull ups
    4 x 12 reps

  • 6 exe. : wide push ups
    4 x 15 reps

  • 7 exe. : diamond push ups
    4 x 12 reps

  • 8 exe. : squats
    4 x 20 reps
