We can recover "ॐ" sound inside ourself and reverberate alongside the universe. The vitality made will be tremondous.

The "Chakras" are the seven fundamental vitality focuses in the body. They are situated along the Spine, beginning at the base and running upwards to the crown of the head. The Chakras are portrayed as "spinning circles of light", and each Chakra emanates a particular shading and vitality. As each Chakra identifies with particular otherworldly, enthusiastic, mental and physical issues, the cognizant mindfulness and the adjusting of these vitality focuses prompt prosperity.

1.Muladhara: base of the spine, at the perineum

2.Svadhistana: sacral plexus, genital territory

3.Manipura: sun based plexus, navel focus

4.Anahata: cardiovascular plexus, heart focus

5.Visshuddha: thoracic plexus, throat focus

6.Ajna: pituitary focus, eyebrow focus

7.Sahasrara: crown of the head
