The bible said,
In the mouth of two or more witness shall the truth be confirmed.

But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.(matthew 18:16).

When the above happens they we should that that for certain the spoken word will come to pass in due season because there is time for the fulfilment of each word.
