Programming. Health Hacks and Evolution
One of the wisest things any of us can do these days is to have a good look at our collective programming and simply see it for what it is.
Once we look, we get to see very clearly - the old beliefs ( just about anything really) are not serving any of us here. They do not serve us, they are meant to serve the system. Many of the beliefs that we have accepted as our own, in fact, stem from the collective programming that humanity has been subjected to.
Programming is not here to support our personal state of well-being or our collective evolution, quite the opposite. There is hardly anyone left on this planet who does not know this by now.
So, by looking honestly at our own every day habits and choices, we will not only get to see & improve our own SELF.... but we also contribute to the collective shift taking place on our planet, and to the expansion of the Universe.
Let us have a look at some of those beliefs and gently-but-firmly replace them with the health hacks that serve our state of well-being.
1 -"Eat your breakfast."
Eating straight upon arising is not serving human health. Body is coming out of a resting mode and, just like you and me, it needs time to wake up. Let me put it more humanly to you - You body likes eating upon arising as much you like running to the office straight out of bed.
Intermittent fasting does the best job switching our human suit to a health mode.
When we practice prolonged periods of fasting, we offer our body a chance to self-cleanse and self-restore.
Our miracle bio-machine - Body loves it when we "earn' our breakfast (first meal).
Moving (walking, jogging, working out, swimming, rebounding, yogaing around, etc) comes before eating.
HEALTH HACK #1 - Drink Your Warm Lemon Water upon arising religiously, and skip the early morning meals.
2 -"Avoid sun."
Sunlight is the most healing therapy for our pineal gland and the whole Universe inside of each of us - all our systems, DNA, cells, tissues. Just like everything alive strives for the sun light, every atom of what we are strives to receive it.
HEALTH HACK #2 - Get at least 20 minutes of sun light every day. It is one of the best FREE healing techniques available on this planet.
3 - "Use sunscreen."
Most sunscreens are made with cell-damaging chemicals, as the entire beauty industry of the old world.
Oxybenzone, Formaldehyde, Diazolidinyl urea, Quaternium-15, DMDM Hydantoin and Hydroxymethylglycinate, Methylisothiazolinone, etc.
These little "terrorists" build up in our tissues over years, creating serious health problems later on in life..... not to mention what they do the ocean water.
Neither human body nor mother Earth were designed to process chemicals.
HEALTH HACK #3 - Replace all chemicalized products with NATURAL and chemical-free ones. Do not support the industries that pull humanity deeper into programming.
Turn to Nature, it will beautify you more then any chemical created.
4 -"Drink milk for calcium and eat meat for protein."
If this was true, we would be rocking it by now, not feeling "sick, fat, and nearly dead".
Please, know - There is nothing more disturbing to a human hologram than body fluids and flesh of another sentient being. It interferes with our original blueprint, confuses our DNA, and messes up our physical bio-machines.
If we look at it from a vibrational point of view, it gets even more scary - every time we consume those so called foods - we engage in ritualistic sacrifice, we unconsciously become a part of the darkness, feeding and strengthening it by our partaking in it.
HEALTH HACK #4 - Get on a PLANT-BASED diet as soon as you can.
It will HEAL you, cleanse you physically and vibrationally, it will alter your state of consciousness and will allow you to have mental clarity that you never imagined, not to mention your personal access to higher frequencies of the creation.
Plants nurture our body, feed our mind, and assist our connection to the Earth.

We get plenty of calcium from PLANTS, such as
HEMP, CHIA, SESAME, ALMOND BUTTER, FIGS, ARTICHOKES, KALE, WATERCRESS ...to mention just a few.
Plant protein is more available and easier to digest.
LENTILS, QUINOA, OATS, AMARANTH, WILD RICE, CHICKPEAS, BEANS, NUTS/SEEDS, GREEN PEAS, SPINACH, SWEET POTATOES, ALGAE, CHIA/FLAX, NUTRI YEAST... to mention just a few.
- Take medication to stay well.
This is the most dis-empowering lie that anyone can tell a luminous creation of the Universe - human being.
Most medical drugs are created for business, and a lot of people are taking them unnecessarily, convinced that their life depends on them. Medical drugs do not cure, they numb and dumb our senses and our cosmic intelligence ( that is where the term - "drug" is appropriate and correct, not when it used to call natural plants that come from mother Earth). Meds are damaging our cells, alter our DNA, and some of them even deprive us of human qualities like compassion and love. There is a lot of information available these days, the times of truth arrived.
HEALTH HACK #5 - MEDITATION!
The more time we spend looking inward, getting to know the real SELF - the more EMPOWERED and CONNECTED to the Higher Consciousness/ Infinite Intelligence we get. The more connected we are - the more clarity we have, the less dependent we become (be it others or the system) we get. Once we experience that connection - we see everything as it is, not as it was programmed for us.
Once we unplug from the programming, we get empowered and connected, we experience liberation for ourselves, creating ripples and pathways for others to do the same!
.. and that is how we assist each other's paths and change the world, that is how we partake in this glorious cosmic event called a human life.

Yes, all of the life hacks are the opposite of what we learn in western society. I wonder how our forefathers could get it so wrong?
