How to Activate the SELF and help the world

What are we doing with life?
How are we living?
Where are we heading?
Is this world better because of us?
How are we experiencing what is called SELF?
Do we feel JOY?
Do we know LOVE?
Are we participating in CONNECTION, in the bigger picture of the world?
What ripples do we send and what will we leave behind?

These are good questions.

It is obvious to anyone who is aware - there is a bigger picture to what we see/register, there are Universal Laws that everything that IS operates on.
For instance,
If we step off the roof of the building - we fall down.
If we plant a seed of corn - we will not get a tulip.
If we focus on something, and feed it with our attention every day - it will grow and become real.
If we take good care of our SELF - we will feel satisfied and well.
If we swallow the right pill or some magic brew - we will have our mind altered!
If we neglect our inner wounds - we will keep creating experiences that remind us of it.
If we keep betraying our SELF over and over again - we will become fragmented and sad.
If we choose to live as "the greatest version of the grandest vision we ever had about who we are" ( famous expression by Neale Donald Walsch) - sooner or later we will self-realize, we will self-illuminate, and will live a meaningful life.

So...

How do we become that grandest version of the greatest vision of who we are?

Where do we even begin?

I want you to know that knowledge of this kind does not just come" out of the blue," it is earned by relentless self-work, by going through many experiences that not always feel like a picnic.

Some of us came here to experience the duality in it's most intense form, so we can learn/upgrade/expand.... and some of us are eager to share those lessons with others, and that is me.
Even though I am one of those stubborn cosmic cookies who insists on learning from my own experiences only, I do believe that it is wiser to learn from the experiences of others - less trouble and more fun.

If someone has done the ride we want to embark upon, been there, and wish to share, we can choose to learn from it.. or, at least, hear about it.

I had to spend decades of my human life on another side of existence (let me use these soft words to describe it) in order to learn what I am about to share with you here.
Take what resonates with your own experience of life, dismiss what does not, and keep growing, keep EXPANDING, beautiful being. That is what we are here for - to EXPAND.

The following list of choices is a guideline only.
That is what some of us did to self-activate, and proved to our Self that it works.

• Stop self-abuse. Stop consuming harmful foods and using toxic chemicals. Unplug your Body from the machine.

• Switch from drinking alcohol to drinking fresh juices and good water, (crystalline or sun, spring or filtered.)

• Go plantbased.

• Remove yourself from EMF as often as you can. It effects our brain waves and energy field.

• Spend time in Nature, ground, get some sun, go bare foot, hug the trees, go for long walks.

• Use infra red saunas or steam rooms at least once a week.

• Research super foods and high VV (Vibrational Value) substances available on this planet and get on them.
  

  

• Replace amalgam fillings (if have).

• Start fasting - intermittent/water/dry, short or long, do what feels right and take it from there.

• Sit down with your beautiful SELF 15-20 minutes each day... just to BE. It will assist your growth and sharpen your senses. It will help you to unplug from the collective mental zone where nothing is real.
  

  

• Give yourself a chance to get off medications (if you take any) by researching the natural alternatives. Stay away from Big pHarma if you can, it is not our friend.

• Stay active no matter what size, age, or shape You are. Movement is LIFE!

• Surround your SELF with those who CARE about your path and bolster your GROWTH. Leave not a tiniest space for drama.

• Decide what You want and FOCUS on it, ignore the rest!
  

  

• Speak words that empower and nurture You.

• Keep working on your beautiful SELF relentlessly and passionately. You matter, your life, your personal vibration matters to the whole of the CREATION.

• Start believing in your TRUE SELF. Stop believing the lies of the world.

• Respect what is called SELF, it is not really You that you call "me." It is You-niverse in human mode!

• Stop caring about what other people think of you. None of us knows jack about anything or anyone, we simply project and assume what matches our current vibrational state of BEING at that point.

• Make your GROWTH, your AWAKENING (whatever you call it) important to you, no one else can or will do that for you.

• Take responsibility for your own vibration and nothing else.

• Find as much JOY in your life as You humanly can...... we are all just passing through.

Know that we are all in this together. One little step makes a big difference. One person gaining more CLARITY and stepping into their own POWER has a profound effect on the rest of us.
We all send ripples out, let us send good ones!
Let us hug this realm with our AWARENESS, with our LOVE.
