Do you believe in syncronicity?

Does anyone else believe in syncronicity?

You know where you get signs and coincidences about stuff that you have already been planning. One of my unfinished works is a spiritual fable, a little like the alchemist.

It's called 'meet me by the orange tree' and involves a monk with strange shoes.

Anyway to cut a long story (excuse the pun) short, I was sat asking my husband on our recent camping trip what story I can base the area on.

I have to imagine where a story is set or I become very stuck.

He repeated something similar to my idea. I said, 'Yes, I can do meet me by the orange tree, I just need to find some monks.'

So, we went to the local butchers which was on the outskirts of nowhere... and what did we find? A monk walking out of the butchers, dressed in the same red and orange robes I had described. He was also wearing a pair of high top Nike trainers!

You can't write this stuff... Well actually you can.
