....Make lemonade.

Things happen in life and we can't always change them but we can choose how we respond them. I mean we can change everything because we create our experience but sometimes it's just not likely we will change that quickly and contracts need to be played out. If we are still in a dualistic experience we will experience things that we will find unpleasant but we can choose how to respond to those things. We can choose to observe from a higher perspective and allow the events to unfold without judging, fighting or reacting to them. It may take some practice but it can be done.

The world is made up of experiences that help us to clear away our attachment to ego, to fear wherever we are vulnerable there will be a way that we will be confronted with something to react with in order to help us clear it. In truth there are millions of stimuli every day that we could react to but we only react to the Ines that we have an attachment to, that trigger our deep core wounding and areas we are still to work on releasing. This is why something that happens to you could make you go crazy yet the same thing happens to your friend and they don't care or even notice.

Yes we create our own universe but not from our hopes and desires but from our vibrational output. If your still attached to something , fearful or responding to the ego's patterns then you will be shown through emotional triggers what needs to be cleared. Everyone's vibration is unique and we are all working with different variances and this is why we all react to different things and experiences.
