Hi Everyone
So let’s cut through chase and come to point, here is how to do the lucid dreaming:

First of all I must tell you the secret is self confidence and self believe that you can do it. Half the work is already done there.
So there are many techniques that you can find all over, so the following techniques are from my very own experiences.
Here it goes.

So for the first technique you have to wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep, make sure the room is dark and now fall back to sleep again, take few big breath in and with every release feel your body getting more relaxed, now close your eyes and look at your pineal gland, (third eye) right in the middle of your two eyebrows, right above your nose. You might see some pictures passing through one another, you have to concentrate yet relax your physical body and hold on to one scene and suddenly you may realize that you are in that place, do reality checks like count your fingers in regular interval if your finger count exceeds 10 you will realize that this is dream and there are other sorts of reality checks to like rubbing your palms, if you are dreaming your palm, will go through one another, look for anything unusual and out of the place, or try to read anything, it’s impossible to read when you are dreaming; do not get over excited for you might break the sleep, relax, enjoy.

In the second technique open your phone recorder and record your own voice saying, “This is a dream, I am in control, I must do reality checks” set it as your phone alarm and put it repeat mode after approximately 4 hours after you sleep. That’s it**.

Third way is to Follow the first two steps of the first technique for best results or you might try when you go to bed, look at your eye lids with closed eyes you might see dots with colours try to change those colours like red with green blue with yellow or anyway you want to combine and count 1-50 and after every number take a deep breath and tell yourself that you want to lucid dream and you’ll be lucid very soon.

Here goes the Fourth technique, close your eyes take deep breaths get comfortable, start counting from 1 and with every count tell yourself that you are going to lucid dream tonight in your mind and with every count imagine a loop; suppose you count 1 and while taking the deep breath in tell yourself, “I will be able to lucid dream tonight” then imagine you are climbing a staircase and going down the staircase envision the stairs, the handle of the stairs, the smell around there as vividly possible like picture the colours and textures of your surroundings and repeat these steps with every count, and suddenly you will see you are there, do reality checks. Enjoy.

Now you might feel lazy and think you may try this tomorrow, but hey, it’s better than just sleep whole night and do nothing right?
