SteemPower Investmets - Quick mid week token revaluation and breakdown
Hello everyone, today i will be mostly talking about few updates on whats been happening and how things are going. Well, things are going good and to plan. The STEEM POWER balance is building nicely, we are receiving weekly and daily payments, we already have out first off platform investment got and SPI token sales are pretty consistent which i am really happy about because they are selling. It shows faith in the project and that people can see the long term value in the idea.
Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. Investments are funded through extracting value out of STEEM POWER and taking advantage of STEEM's high inflation rate. The aim is not to get rich quick; the aim is to build a safe portfolio of investments that will stand the test of time while insuring all investors starting capital is not at risk. Testing out Dlease
A few days ago i was checking out the dlease market and seen one offering 20% for 500SP for 2 weeks and thought i would give it go to try out the service and see how the member area compared to minnowbooster. I think they are both the seem lease on offer but maybe dlease is more focused on leasing and has different options. So, anyways we currently earning 0.368 STEEM everyday. I will be aiming for most of @spinvest's STEEM POWER to be leased out off market where i can lock in better rates and less cool downs but i will be also leasing on market so this 500SP lease is a nice tester.
So far, im pretty happy. The member area is alot more pleasing to the eye and the site is very simple to use with i think easier access to all your leasing activity in 1 window. I mean i signed up, i leased out some SP and i have been getting paid everyday so it does what it says on the tin.
Current SPI Token holder list
To date, after 18 days there have been 6155.30 SPI tokens issued to investors. That's an avg of 341 tokens a day which is no small number and it be would great if his pace was to hold are even improve. I would like to thank everyone on the list as your the ones making it happen and we are stronger together :D
Current SPI token value and breakdown
The steem-engine wallet has been the biggest gainer from the last update a few days back and it's looking like BTC was a good choice so far as our 50 STEEM investment is up just over 4 %. The actual token value has dropped a little bit as well but this is the bitter/sweet result of selling more SPI tokens.
How to invest into SteemPower Investments
I notice that different people invest in different ways and that there are 3 types of investors. Looks have a look and see how others are investing and getting involved with one of the only proper backed tokens on the steem-engine exchange. Some investors are all 3 types and super hardcore.
The big buyer Investor
The big buyer will normally buy directly from me as it's cheapest and they can buy directly from their STEEM wallet. The will buy a large amount over 100+ and then sit on them and HODL a while before making their next move. The Regular Investor
The regular investor is someone that will mix between buying from me directly and buying from the steem-engine exchange every few days are weekly. These investors are building holdings over time and tend to be my active investors that read my posts, leave comments and share their views and feedback. These are the future community of SPI.
Each SPI token is priced at 1.02 STEEM to cover the withdraw fee of 1%. The extra cent from each token issue is collected and converted in ENG tokens creating an extra holding for SPI. You can click right HERE to brought directly to the SPI token market on steem-engine.
The Convertor Investor
Convertor investors only deal through the steem-engine exchange by converting other tokens are airdrops into SPI tokens. Alot of active members on steemit use other front ends and tags to earn other tokens such as pal are leo, as time goes by they convert these rewards into SPI tokens to increase theirs holdings. I will be releasing a post soon containing all the details on how we can easily convert all the byteball airdropped tokens everyone on steemit received about a year back into SPI tokens. It'll be a community building venture and relationships will began to be formed.

I will say I fit into category number two. Taking some of my payouts from elsewhere and diverting them into SPinvest.
