How to start a Community

I think long term there will be 2 types of SPI token holders, members and investors. In have started to write up the terms of the legal partnership agreement that will turn SteemPower Investments into a an Investment Club giving all members a say in how the club is ran. To become a member of the Investment club (SteemPower Investments), you will be required to digitally sign the agreement which will be stored on the STEEM blockchain. Token holders that have not signed the agreement will be considered investors only that will make money by HODLing. I expect to release this is around 3-4 weeks time as it needs to be legit and it done properly. I dont want to be having to go back and make amendments after it released. Lets have a look at the difference between a member and an investor

• Members
  SPI token holders that have signed the partnership agreement will have a say in every investment, ever rule change, voting rules, club goals, club structure, community roles, plan B, ect,ect. Members would be eligible for token giveaways and dividends.
• Investors
  SPI Token holders that have not signed the agreement. Nothing wrong with just holding the token, maybe you dont the time are your just not interested in joining and wonna just have an investment that you know will go up over time.

What to do until the Partnership agreement is released?

Until the agreement is released, we can start to throw about some idea's for things that should be added and thought about. Token holders are encouraged to write posts using the #spinvest tag, you can write about how the investment club should be structured (eg, how and when to make investments), how member voting should happen (eg, 1 member 1 vote are 1 token 1 vote)are what community roles are required (mods, researchers, auditors). There are tons of things to be writing about which will all start to spread the word and get the project onto lots of new feeds. We are really starting from ground zero here, im no whale just a normal guy with an idea and drive to make this happen. Who's with me?

We have hit 5000 SPI tokens issued

The first 5000 SP is to be leased off market on a weekly lease at rate of 20.8% which pays 20 STEEM a week. Big thank to everyone that has made this happen, we are half way to the first target of issuing 10,000 tokens and doing the first giveaway and token revalution. You will also be seeing Bitcoin in the next investment list. Things are starting to happen and we'll soon be hitting the dlease market to grab these 20%+ requests that come up from time to time.

I have started to receive steemleo post payments so dont forgot to give me big juicy upvotes. As far as staking steemleo and pal tokens, im not sure because @spinvest does no manual voting at all so would not make any curation. Converting into mining tokens could be the way forward and a little more passive and profitable then manually curating.

Before any investments are done, i need to sell SPI Tokens

Before we get the ball going properly i need to sell some SPI Tokens. You can buy them directly from me for 1 STEEM each are buy them from the ever popular steem-engine exchange for 1.02 STEEM each. The more eyes that see my posts they quicker everyone makes more money faster.
Right now, each SPI token costs 1 STEEM but when 10,000 are issued, the token will be revalued and prop never cost 1 STEEM again. With the way SPI is set up, the price should only go up and never drop under 1 STEEM. There are around 5000 tokens sold so far in the first 12 days so it might be a good time to buy them while they are this cheap. 100 SPI tokens would only cost you $28 and they be worth much more some day. Im long about long term investing and growing our money up strong. You can send any amount of STEEM you like to @spinvest and you will receive the same amount in SPI shares up to 2 decimals. All SPI tokens (shares) will be transferred to investor’s steem-engine accounts within 24 hours of sale completion .

Convert other steem-engine tokens to SPI tokens
