ha ha, reminds me of a friend of mine back in university - he bought land hoping to build a small air strip on it and build a plane - Bought a house intending to be mortgage free by the time he was thirty - Saw him 15 yrs later, sans land, sans plane and married with two kids. "Say, Bob, what about your plans for financial freedom?" He winces. "Nobody pays off their mortgage, Man." ...Uh huh ....LOL!!
