"Oh, Pretty Woman"
"Oh, Pretty Woman" tema del cantante estadounidense Roy Orbison, fue lanzado en el año 1964, grabado en los estudios Monument Records, y compuesto por Roy Orbison y Bill Dees.
En el año 1991 Roy Orbison ganaría el Grammy a la Mejor Interpretación Vocal Pop Masculina, gracias a su versión en directo realizada para el programa especial de televisión Roy Orbison and Friends, A Black and White Night.
La letra de la canción cuenta como un hombre admira a una bonita mujer que se desplaza por la calle, preguntándose si estará tan sola como él mismo en ese momento.
El tema ha sido versionado en múltiples oportunidades, entre ellas la realizada por Al Green, la banda Van Halen, The Holy Sisters of the Gaga Dada, y Ray Brown Junior.
Por otra parte la canción inspiró la conocida película del año 1990 Pretty Woman, protagonizada por Richard Gere y Julia Roberts, siendo el tema principal de su banda sonora.
"Oh, Pretty Woman" ocupa el puesto N°222 en la lista de las 500 Mejores Canciones de todos los tiempos, según la reconocida revista Rolling Stone.
