Introduction

This is my first project on Steemit. For promoting the union between the communities of different languages in Steemit and the translation of quality articles, starting today I offer my services as translator and intermediary between translators and authors. This is the way this initiative will work:

The client interested in translation will send a translating petition to one of the official channels of this project.
The translators will send their offers to the client, or they will accept/ reject the client conditions if provided
The client will accept one of the translator offers
The translator will send their work to me. I will check it and post it in this account. Tags and time of the posting can be decided by the client, the translator or me, whatever they want. Then I will notify the client and the translator in case they want to resteem the article.
I will distribute the article rewards according to the negotiated conditions between translator and client.

Unfortunately, current Steemit design only allows to obtain 50% of the rewards in a liquid form. In case this account does not have enough liquidity for paying all the rewards, I will start powering down and converting other cryptocoins to Steem. If that is not sufficient, clients and translator payments will be sorted by the submission date of the translated article.

For now I will take on 5% of total article rewards (excluding curation), rounded to the upper value to the three decimals accepted by Steemit, this fee will probably be increased later.

Every time a new translator will join this initiative, I will post an article about him/her. The only requirements are providing the Steemit user name and a user name for all the official channels used by this project. It is recommended to provide official and verifiable documents about language knowledge if available, they can be made publicly available or privately sent to me for verification. I will log translator activity such as time taken for translating and errors in translation and will publish it periodically. There is no activity requirements or any additional obligation for joining this project. In case the translator and the client meet through my platform but decide not to publish the article in my account, I ask the translator to pay me 1% of
total article rewards (excluding curation) but this is optional.

At this time, only Spanish to English and vice versa translations are available.

This initiative is open to collaboration with other users, which may receive a share of the project profits for the provided contribution.

Introducción

Este es mi primer proyecto en Steemit. Para incentivar la unión entre las comunidades de diferentes idiomas en Steemit y la traducción de artículos de calidad, desde hoy ofrezco mis servicios coomo traductor e intermediario entre traductores y autores. Éste es el modo en el que funcionará este proyecto:

El cliente inteesado en una traducción enviará una petición de traducción a través de uno de los canales oficiales de este proyecto,
Los raductores enviarán sus ofertas al cliente, o aceptarán/ rechazarán las condiciones del cliente si éste las ha proporcionado previamente.
El cliente aceptará una de las ofertas de los traductores
El traductor me enviará su trabajo, Lo revisaré y publicaré en esta cuenta. Los tags y el momento de la pblicación serán decididos por el cleinte, el traductor o por mí, según estos dos quieran. Entonces avisaré al traductor y al cliente por si quieren hacer resteem al artículo.
Repartiré las ganancias del artículo según las condiciones acordadas entre traductor y cliente.

Por desgracia, Steemit actualmente solo permite recibir el 50% de las recompensas de un artículo en moneda líquida. Si esta cuenta se quedara sin liquidez para pagar todas las recompensas, empezaré a hacer power down y convertir otras criptomonedas a Steem. Si esto no fuera suficiente, los traductores y clientes cobrarán por orden de publicación de la traducción.

Por ahora me quedaré con un 5% de la recompensa total de los artículos (excluyendo curación), redondeada a la cifra superior a los tres decimales aceptados por Steemit, esta tasa probablemente se incremente más adelante.

Cada vez que un neuvo traductor se una a esta iniciativa, publicaré un artículo acerca de él o ella. Los únicos requisitos son proporcionar el nombre de susuario de Steemit y los nombres de suuarios para todos los canales oficiales utilizados por este proyecto. Ser ecomienda proporcionar documentos oficiales y verificables sobre conocimientos de idiomas si se dispone de alguno, éstos pueden hacerse públicos o enviármelos a mí por privado apra la verificación. Mantendré un registro de la actividad de los traductores, como el tiempo tardado en la traducción y lso errores encontrados y lo publicaré periódicamente. No hay requisitios adicionales de actividad o de ningún otro tipo para los traductores. Si el traductor y el cliente contactan a través de mi plataforma pero deciden no publicar la traducción en mi cuenta, pido al traductor que me pague el 1% de la recompensa total del artículo (excluyendo curación) pero es opcional.

Por el momento solo están disponiles las traducciones del inglés al español y viceversa.

Esta iniciativa está abierta a la colaboación con otros usuarios, que podrían recibir una parte de los beneficios del proyecto por las contribuciones aportadas.
