El Bosque Negro se encuentra en una zona de montaña bastante boscosa en BadenWürttemberg, este impresionante Bosque Negro fue en la época medieval una explotación minera en Europa. Este área donde existió está área de explotación minera es mantenida por el club de montañeros más antiguo del país.
