Deporte y Aire Libre
Los domingos son ocasiones ideales para el contacto con el sol, el deporte y el aire libre.
La ciudad siempre nos encajona en oficinas a muchos de nosotros, frente a pantallas todo el tiempo, los domingos suelen ser ocasiones perfectas para salir y disfrutar de lo mejor del aire libre.
Si no se puede ir de paseo a algún lugar lejano, siempre tendremos un parque cerca de nosotros que nos brinda el verde de los árboles y el aire puro, yo por ejemplo fui a uno de ellos hoy con mi hija y fue reconfortante.
