¿QUÉ ES EMPOWERMENT?
Significa Empoderamiento, el darle poder a algo o alguien. Para el caso de este post hablare del empoderamiento en el area industrial y del gran impacto que genera a nivel de gerencia.
Adquirir esta herramienta como gerente es un gran reto ya que si es aplicada de mala manera puede ser totalmente desastroso, por lo que primeramente debes saber administrar el poder que vas a darle a tus subordinados para que se sientan dueños de su propio trabajo. Ademas de articular todos los recursos que envuelven a la organización, en otras palabras estaríamos hablando del capital, la manufactura, mercadotecnia, tecnología y personal, haciendo uso de sistemas de comunicación efectivos y eficientes para alcanzar los objetivos organizativos.
