Quieren ver el proceso para preparar uno de los postres más populares de EPCOT durante el Food and Wine Festival. Aquí les enseño el proceso de como se crea la Trufa de Chocolate que es vertida en nitrógeno líquido. El proceso es bastante impresionante.
